Disclosures for DPalette Plus under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, including pricing, billing, cancellation and how to request operator details.

Requesting operator information

The operator’s legal name, address and telephone number are omitted under the disclosure-on-request framework of Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Service price: DPalette Plus: US$5 per month per Discord server (Guild), unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout.
Additional costs: You are responsible for internet access, communications, devices and other costs required to use DPalette. Any applicable taxes or other checkout charges will be shown when required.
Payment methods: Credit card and other methods offered through Stripe Checkout.
Payment timing: The first payment is charged when you subscribe. The subscription then normally renews and is charged monthly until canceled. The actual billing date is shown by Stripe at checkout or in the Billing Portal.
When service begins: Plus features are normally activated promptly after payment is completed and confirmed by DPalette. Activation can be delayed by outages or other third-party service issues.
Automatic renewal: Plus is a recurring monthly subscription and renews automatically until canceled.
How to cancel: You can open the Stripe Customer Portal from DPalette Billing and request cancellation at any time. The effective cancellation date and remaining access are governed by the portal/checkout display and applicable law.
Cancellation and refunds: Because DPalette is a digital service, used subscription periods are generally not prorated or refunded after service begins, except where required by law or otherwise approved, including appropriate handling of suspected duplicate or erroneous charges. This does not limit mandatory cancellation or other consumer rights.
System requirements: A current major web browser, a Discord account, and the necessary permissions for the relevant Discord server are required. Terms and technical requirements of Discord, Stripe and other third-party services may also apply.
